I had an experience, while trying to play a DVD on my computer. I was inserting the DVD in the DVD player, and nothing was happening.
I found out, after a lot of frustration, that an unknown DVD player software I don’t remember installing, was taking over, and stopping because it was defective.
When I deleted it, my regular program or app, whatever the official name is, took over and everything ran smoothly.
We have a few amazing apps in our mind, real ones, no added software here, that work incredibly well on every situation, every problem, every occasion.
What are the apps of the mind?
Well, originally, instinct, intuition, common sense, and inspiration. Often also logic and after experiencing love and acceptance empathy.
Unfortunately, the way we grow up added extra apps, like fear, stress, low self-esteem, worry what the others say etc.
And those new apps take over the function of the original ones. When you need to decide, fear takes care of it instead of the original intuition. When you need a way to promote yourself, instead of your self love, a low self-esteem takes care of it.
Result? Catastrophic. But you know that anyway.
Do you know that you can restore your original apps?
Do you know that you can uninstall the programs that run in the back of your brain?
Let’s find a good time to talk about it.
